For reservations of 3 rooms, a deposit is required

This property offers rooms with private bathrooms, available for double, single, and triple occupancy. The modernly furnished rooms are simple and bright, clean, and welcoming, with balconies and free Wi-Fi.

We're in Cinecittà, 150 meters away from the Giulio Agricola Metro A stop. We're easily accessible from the city center in just 15 minutes, and we're not in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) for those arriving by car.

CHECK-IN from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM and before 10:00 PM, reservations are required. From 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, only if available. Luggage can also be left and returned. A €50.00 deposit is required for all reservations arriving after 1:00 PM. Check-in is by 12:00 PM only on Sundays.
CHECK-OUT before 10:00am. After 10:00 AM, only if available and with extra time.

Note: Late check-in between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM costs €30.00. Late check-out by 12:00 PM costs €20.00 or €50.00 before 4:00 PM, subject to availability.
Reservations with no arrival time provided will be cancelled at 8:00 AM on the day of arrival.
